Data Analysis
Results
Based on the usability testing conducted via zoom and in-person, all users were able to complete the task. However, the users who conducted the test via zoom find technical difficulties, which are delayed feedback that is impacted the duration of completion.
There was the two page that requires a changed. One is the purchasing page. Users find the dropdown is distracting and not really useful for a second purchase, hence the newest version uses the flying button. The second is the Pilih Pengiriman button that is too small, and users mistakenly click Pembayaran instead of choosing the delivery method first.
Other than that, users find it convenient to use this application, rather than the current Halodoc Application because the flow is simpler.
Conclusion
The usability testing is aimed to evaluate the new solution design flow for purchasing medicine on the following page: main page (categorization), purchasing medicine (add to cart), and delivery option (go-send same day).
All users completed the task with the variant of duration with an average of 3:45 minutes. Based on usability testing, there are two pages that have been redesign. There are technical difficulties however overall the usability testing is going well.
